SUMMARY
Application icons that are pinned to a certain position on the icon only task
bar change their position when the app is opened. When the application is
closed they reorder again.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pin multiple application to taskbar
2. Open application not on the right edge
3. Close application again
OBSERVED RESULT
Application icon moves to other location on the task bar
EXPECTED RESULT
Application icon stays in the same position it was pinned at
