SUMMARY
When I open up Discover app, it says "Unable to load applications. Please
verify Internet connectivity.", even if my connection is fine.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Arch Linux (v5.3.7) with KDE (v5.17.2)
2. Open Discover app
