SUMMARY
On the latest Falkon release for Linux with Flatpak (version 3.1.99) all dialog
windows (such as "Save as" or "Open file" or even the small window saying a
file has been downloaded) are opened silently in the background instead of
being opened in the foreground (with the focus). This is very disturbing.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go the a web site
2. Press Ctrl+s
OBSERVED RESULT
The dialog window is opened in background.
EXPECTED RESULT
The dialog window should be opened in foreground (with the focus).

Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.x

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The issue is not present with Falkon 3.1.0 under Windows.
