App bar top edge will not hide and covers windows
SUMMARY
This happens randomly, the App task(menu) bar will stop going into hide mode
and remain stuck visible while covering over application windows.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set menu bar to auto hide.
2. Do stuff
OBSERVED RESULT
App bar becomes visible and will not auto hide for some reason.
EXPECTED RESULT
Should auto hide
