The behavior is so intentional. Otherwise activate the view of the face
rectangles. If a large number of face rectangles exist close to each other,
only that in which the mouse pointer is currently located will be displayed in
order to facilitate the work.
There are also users who first draw all faces rectangles and do not enter a
name. The facial rectangles would then be annoying.
