Here I show the glitching behavior. Note, it doesn't always happen .. so I
think it is some timing issue.
The video shows the following (movement with the pointer was always down, with
natural speeds, I can not reproduce the glitches by forcing a specific fast or
slow speed):
1. [00:00 - 00:05] Window is moved to the bottom desktop, and appears at the
bottom of that desktop. Expected behavior: Window appears at the top of the
bottom desktop after being moved to from the top desktop.
2. [00:05 - 00:15] A couple of OK movements for window dragging between top and
bottom desktops
3. [00:15 - end] Window is moved to the bottom of desktop and appears at the
top of the same desktop. Expected behavior: See [1]
This is Plasma 5.14.5 in Debian Stable. I.e. significantly later than where
someone claimed that he can not reproduce it. I stress, that I sometimes can
not reproduce it either. It is very erratic, but it should not happen at all!
