SUMMARY
My system language is English (UK), but my regional settings (time, date and so
on) are danish. I expect software to follow the system language, and not the
regional settings.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Kile
2. Start Kile
OBSERVED RESULT
Kile interface is danish. Additionally, I cannot find anywhere in the settings
to change the UI language.
EXPECTED RESULT
Follow the system-defined UI language.
