SUMMARY
The only tab its open is the Process Table, I deleted
~/.local/share/ksysguard/SystemLoad2.sgrd .
ksgrd_network_helper is still being used and has high cpu usage under
torrenting despite no tab contains a network monitor
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. close ksysguard System Load tab
2. check process ksgrd_network_helper being used by ksysguard
3. launch torrent, check high level cpu usage by ksgrd_network_helper
OBSERVED RESULT
EXPECTED RESULT
no cpu usage or no ksgrd_network_helper usage if no monitor is enabled
