SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock android device
2. Use the ring device feature on the pc/laptop
3. Unlock device
4. Use the ring device feature on the pc/laptop
OBSERVED RESULT
When the device is locked, the Phone will ring for a short amount of time, but
will ring longer when unlocked
EXPECTED RESULT
Device will ring the same duration

I would suggest also to make the ring phone button change color to an activated
state as long as the phone is ringing, but I couldn't find a "post
feedback"-function on the website(https://community.kde.org/KDEConnect)
