Maximize button doesn't visually change when toggled.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a GTK3 app
2. Press 'Maximize' button
3. Window gets maximized, yet the button stays the same
OBSERVED RESULT
Maximize button remains unchanged
EXPECTED RESULT
Show the 'Restore' button
