Running KWin on Wayland on a 24" QHD (2560x1440) monitor, where I applied 1.2x
scaling, I see minor 1px height or widht lines around the window. This is
happening only in case of fractional scaling, using 2x scaling on my 4k 15"
laptop display I don't see such issue.
There is usually 1px height line between the window and the decorations and
sometimes there are 1px width lines on both sides of the window.
This can be seen in the attached screenshot.
