SUMMARY
Besides the horizontal lines due to fractional scaling (bug 373232), there's a
line with a height of 1 px missing at the botton, which actually shows the
wallpaper or the background instead, when Konsole is started with a maximized
window.
Otherwise, if started non-maximized, it's probably just not easy to spot.
Please compare the screenshots.
