SUMMARY
Dialog for creating new activity cuts its content when window is too small
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try creating new Activity
2. Resize dialog
OBSERVED RESULT
When dialog is too small, content is cut
EXPECTED RESULT
Dialog should either became scrollable or not allow resizing under certain size
