STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Dolphin
2. open 'About" window
3. click on https://dolphin.kde.org link
OBSERVED RESULT
internet browser tries to load a nonexistent webpage
EXPECTED RESULT
internet browser loads the correct webpage about Dolphin
