SUMMARY
Krita will crash if there is no pixel available on layer or within selection.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new document
2. Change active tool to "Transform tool"
Alternative:
1. Create a new document
2. Draw pixels on the layer
3. Make an empty selection
4. Change active tool to "Transform tool"
OBSERVED RESULT
Krita crash and closes
EXPECTED RESULT
Change active tool to "Transform tool" without crash
