SUMMARY
My system was recently updated to openSUSE Leap 15.1. Since then, Okular no
longer opens PostScript files. Opening a ps file in Okular shows as ps text.
Ghostscript and libspectre are still installed but ghostscript does not appear
in the configure backends dialog box. How can I fix it?
