SUMMARY
Moving Windows between Workspaces is not possible on wayland
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a pager with icons visible with multiple workspaces.
2. Grab a window on workspace 1 and move it to workspace 3.
3. Drop it there.
OBSERVED RESULT
The window jumps back to workspace 1.
EXPECTED RESULT
The window is moved to workspace 3.
