context menu on x11
SUMMARY
context menu of plasma has shadow, but context menu of apps (Dolphin and Kate,
for example) does not have.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Wayland session
2. open Dolphin
3. right click on the files view
OBSERVED RESULT
context menu is shadowless. Compare the attached screenshots.
EXPECTED RESULT
context menu has shadow like on x11
