SUMMARY
Latte dock often won't raise from the bottom edge on maximized window. It is
set to Dodge all windows, with show delay set to none. It takes multiple
attempts and fiddling with cursor until dock finally shows up. I've tried
different display scaling factors, and even reverted back to 1 - issue remains
