This is the interface shown when you're using the Libinput drivers, as Neon is.
Any features you're missing are because Libinput doesn't support them. :/ The
other interface is shown when using the older Synaptics drivers. If you want to
see that interface (and regain the missing features), then you'll need to
replace Libinput with Synaptics.
