Hi Maik,
even if I change to G:\Digikam I get the same message and error randomly.

Edit: G: was my former Windows partition on Windoiws 7, seems thats the issue.
When using another drive it works fine. Thanks a lot for your support.

Maybe it is an idea to put a hint on the screen that no Windows partioon should
be used.
