You've done your part on reporting its continued existence, but you have yet to attach your desktop-appletsrc file that David had mentioned multiple times in this thread. You'll see that a user had found the issue once https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=354802#c19 and then 2 months later a dev took their results and went a different direction with it. The takeaway is that it's been a long-standing issue and it would do you well to take a look at the entire thread to see how things have transpired and what has been requested. I'd say that if a dev isn't responding to your various findings, you may very well be wasting your breath. You may just find that KDE just isn't for you in this regard if the icon order issue is bothering you this much, or that a bug continues to go unresolved. It can be equally rough for a dev that can't replicate the issue on their side, as it is for the user who can't get suggestions from devs that may aid the dev in the discovery of the location of the bug. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
