KDE Video thumbnails broken (Kdialog)
on the file picker the video thumbnails do not work. there is an icon to toggle
them but it does nothing.
No thumbnail on video files
on the file chooser Kdialog.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install arch linux with kde default
2. apply the firefox filepicker fix for dolphin
3. invoke kdialog and look at video file, no thumbnail
OBSERVED RESULT
no thumbnail on video file
EXPECTED RESULT
video files have thumbnails
