SUMMARY
Konqueror and Kontact ignores proxy settings in my fedora 31 after last update.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make manually specified proxy configuration with KDE System Settings.
2. Try to open any web site.
OBSERVED RESULT
I see timeout error message.
I see that konqueror does not uses proxy on my firewall.
EXPECTED RESULT
Opened web site.
