1. With Plasma 5.16 or older, disable "apply colors to non-kde applications"
2. Update to Plasma 5.17 or newer
3. Colors are not applied to non-kde applications, which is now a hidden
setting as the checkbox is gone
Workaround: edit .config/kcmdisplayrc and set exportKDEColors=true (or delete
the file).
