- What I was doing when the application crashed:
open system settings > window management > task switcher
click on "Get new task switchers..." button
close "Get new..." window while "Loading provider infotmation" message appears
on bottom by clicking on "Close" button on bottom
click on "Kwin scripts" section
click on "Get new scripts..." button
system settings crashes
The crash can be reproduced every time.
