Dialog is maximised and only the first 2 options are visable
SUMMARY
When Windows Placement is set to "Maximising", the dialog for Switching display
shows only 2 options and fullscreen
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set "Windows Placement" ("Window Behavior" > "Advanced") to "Maximising"
2. Open "Switch Display" dialog (Meta+P)
OBSERVED RESULT
The first two options of the dialog are shown fullscreen
EXPECTED RESULT
All options are shown and the dialog has its usual size
