Today when I sat down to use my computer, the regular Kdenlive opened up
normally again, and I can once again use the Audio Spectrum widget. I did NOT
update before it started working again, although I have updated since and it is
still working. Hopefully the backtrace proves that I'm not crazy, but it seems
that this issue has magically resolved itself. I would still be happy to help
in any way I can if more info on this issue is ever needed.
