SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use any app with systray icon on Wayland session (I tested KwikDisk and
Discord)
2. hover over its systray icon and click or right-click on it immediately after
the tooltip to appear (a menu opens but the tooltip immediately dismisses it)
3. click or right-click on the same systray icon
OBSERVED RESULT
no menu opens. Systray icon works again after I run "plasmashell --replace"
EXPECTED RESULT
systray icons are always responsive to mouse clicks
