SUMMARY
Photos were imported into a temporary folder and reviewed in 'Preview' mode.
Date, description, tags, and face tags were added to each photo. Excess photos
were deleted. Finalized photos with data and tags added were moved to another
folder. When the images were 'refreshed' and displayed in the new folder in
'Thumbnails' view, all the data and tags were missing.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Images imported into folder 'A'.
2. Images viewed in digikam 'Albums' tab.
3. Tags added to each image in 'Preview' mode.
4. In MacOS Finder, images are moved from folder 'A' to folder 'B'.
5. In digikam, 'Albums' tab, 'Thumbnails' mode, view is refreshed with 'F5',
images from folder 'A' disappear.
6. In digikam, 'Albums' tab, 'Thumbnails' mode, folder 'B' is selected and the
view is refreshed with 'F5', images in folder 'B' appear but without any tags.
OBSERVED RESULT
Tags and data disappear when transferred to another folder.
EXPECTED RESULT
The tags and data should be saved and attached to each image, regardless if
they are moved to another folder or shared to another drive or sent via email.
