STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add Folder View widget to your desktop
2. right click on Folder View widget, click on "Configure Folder View..."
3. select "Places panel item" radio button, select "Recent files" in the
dropdown, click on "Ok" button
4. right click on Folder View widget, select "Remove Folder View"
OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screenshot, Plasma shows "undo" notification with
"unknown" icon.
EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma notification should have a more suitable icon
