Is anyone looking into this? - it's been going on for ages. If there's a simple
work around (e.g. `touch /expected/path/filename`) it would be nice just to
stop filling up the log.
My system just crashed for no apparent reason and looking back through the
journal after a reboot the last things registered were a bundle of
"kf5.kpackage: No metadata file in the package ..." messages
