SUMMARY
If desktop widgets are locked in Plasma 5.17, and you upgrade to 5.18, they
remain in a locked state with no GUI way to unlock. In the locked state the
global long press edit menu is not available either.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock widgets in 5.17
2. Upgrade to 5.18
3. Be perplexed
OBSERVED RESULT
All locked
EXPECTED RESULT
Should be reverted to unlocked state on upgrade, as this is now the intended
state with locking and unlocking a 'hidden feature'
