Window in 5.18.0 with fat border - even if it was no border in 5.17.x
SUMMARY
After the 5.18.0 update every window decoration theme gets an ugly fat border
wrapping all windows. Even if change my window themes
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Borders in any windows decoration, try to load Qogir Windows Dco Style. This
one has no borders in 5.17.X.
OBSERVED RESULT
Beginning with 5.18.0 all windows decorations seem to have the fat ugly black
border
