SUMMARY
the windows system freeze if the primary monitor is turned off in a two monitor
setup
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move the mouse pointer to the second monitor
2. Turn off the primary monitor
3. You could do anything else until you turn the primary monitor on again.
OBSERVED RESULT
The mouse pointer freezes, the keyboard did not receive input;
EXPECTED RESULT
I expect that I could use the OS/System on the second monitor normally.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If I turn on the primary monitor the keyboard receive a reset. Besides that,
everything goes to normal.
