SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have two user accounts on your system. Let's call them userA and userB.
2. while logged with userA, right click on wallpaper, hover over "Icons", set
"Arrange in" to columns and "Align" to "Right"
3. do logout
4. start plasma with userB
5. do logout
6. start plasma with userA
OBSERVED RESULT
icons are incorrectly positioned in the left side of the screen.
Click on wallpaper and they move themselves to right side.

EXPECTED RESULT
icons should be positioned in the left side of the screen immediately after the
step 6
