STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable "Invert scroll direction" in System Settings
OBSERVED RESULT
QtQuick-using Views such as System Setting's side bar still scroll in the
inverted/"natural"/wrong direction. Dolphin/Firefox/… and everything else
appears to be fine.
EXPECTED RESULT
Respect scrolling direction.
