SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set sound alarm at specific time.
2. Sound doesn't play.
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
The alarm is not working. The sound doesn't play.
EXPECTED RESULT
Sound alarm (file) should play at specified time.

KDE Plasma Version: 5.12.9
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.44.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I tried with .mp3 files and .ogg files. Both of which the application says it
supports.
KDE forums suggested installing libphonon4qt5-4 package which i did along with
various gstreamer ones (as suggested by an "Ask Ubuntu" answer).
If kalarm package needs additional dependencies they should get added upon
install or it should at least be suggested to install them.
