Vivaldi browswer with CSD.
When turning off native window title bar, the shadow is not present in all
Chromium based browsers (Vivaldi, Chromium, Brave, etc.)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch the browser (in my case Vivaldi)
2. Remove native window decoration, use CSD
OBSERVED RESULT
No shadow around the active window.
EXPECTED RESULT
Shadow around the active window.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 19.10
