So I gave it one more try to check in comparison to your video and I found the
difference.

It's in tablet drivers inside Krita, if I switch to win ink then everything is
smooth and works fine the problem is that pen pressure doesn't work for me like
that, if I turn win ink in my pen displays application then the lag is so
visible that I can barely zoom at any level, if I turn on win tab (which I
usually have, while having win ink off in drivers) then I'm at the situation
when it's a little bit choppy and freezes completely for several seconds at
about 10-5% zoom (if zoomed out quickly, Krita shows the zoom bar changing like
it's processing something for long until it changes zoom levels at these levels
of zoom).

I checked the same settings in the previous version 4.2.7 and everything is
perfectly smooth so I don't think my pen tablet's drivers are the cause here
but something has changed in Krita or is it possible for being it my drivers
although they are fine in all previous versions in the past 2.5 years (same
machine)?
