SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a file in LibreOffice
2. at the beginning the mouse wheel scrolls the document up and down
3. at a certain point it no longer scrolls; so you switch to another window and
afterwards if you return to the previous document (left open) the mouse wheel
restarts working again (for a while). And so on...
OBSERVED RESULT
temporary failure in scrolling a LibreOffice document
EXPECTED RESULT
a regular and constant mouse functionality, which should always be able to
scroll a document
