SUMMARY
the capitalization of remote input is dependent on the computer's keyboard,
instead of being independent.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. enable caps lock on computer keyboard
2. enter text in remote input app
3. shift key on phone keyboard has no effect on the characters entered
OBSERVED RESULT
computer's caps lock must be disabled to enter lowercase
EXPECTED RESULT
capitalization is controllable remotely
