If by top-left you mean the bright blue focus rectangle, that's the keyboard
focus rectangle (which there is a problem with, as the view is not focused by
default as it ought to be). If you're talking about there being two hover
effect rectangles the way the two top right ones have in your screenshot, i
can't seem to provoke that at all and will need some more information on how
you're doing that.
