SUMMARY
When trying to scrub the timeline the cursor goes into MOVE/Grab mode and drags
the whole window. This happens also when Clicking and dragging anywhere int he
application background.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a video to the timeline
2. Try to scrub the time lilne (left click and hold, then drag)
if that doesn't do it do the below:
1. Add a video to the timeline
2. split the video (Razor tool)
3. Try to scrub the timeline (left click and hold, then drag)
