screenshot when global theme is breeze
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set global theme to Breeze OR set global theme to Breeze and plasma style to
Breeze Dark in system settings
2. right click on any icon on desktop, choose "Properties"
3. observe the icons of 'Properties" window in its window decoration, task
manager and task switcher (alt+tab)
OBSERVED RESULT
if global theme is breeze, icon in task switcher is different than the one in
task manager and window decoration.
if global theme is breeze and plasma style is breeze dark, "Properties" window
has three different icons.

EXPECTED RESULT
"Properties" window should have just one icon.
