SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Kdenlive under Ubuntu 19.10.
2. Try to Capturing Audio (Dubbing).
OBSERVED RESULT
Found that list of capturing device is empty with remark: "Make sure you have
audio plugins installed on your system".
EXPECTED RESULT
Other programs like "SimpleScreenRecorder" work perfect with record audio from
my laptop and microphone. I expected Kdenlive to record sound from the
microphone without any problems.

Ubuntu Linux: 19.10;
KDE Frameworks 5.62.0;
