STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Discover
2. click on 'Applications" in the side bar
3. click on any app that has some screenshot in its description page
4. open some screenshot clicking on it
5. dismiss the screenshot clicking outside it
6. try to scroll the apps list (I use a touchpad, scrolling with two fingers)
OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens. This problem does not occur all the time.
If you can not reproduce it easly, repeat the steps 3-6 several times.
At some point scrolling will stop working.
EXPECTED RESULT
scrolling always works
