While we have "Extract Timeline Zone" versus "Lift Timeline Zone", the inverse
insert/overwrite operations are difficult to distinguish in the Timeline menu.
1. Please rename "Insert Clip Zone in Timeline (Overwrite)" to "Overwrite Clip
Zone in Timeline".
2. Please rename "Insert Clip Zone in Timeline (Insert)" to "Insert Clip Zone
in Timeline".
