SUMMARY
Kate will not open previously open files on startup even though I have "Load
last used session" under Session Management
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Kate and open several files
2. Close Kate
3. Reopen Kate
OBSERVED RESULT
When Kate opens, only one blank tab is present.
EXPECTED RESULT
All previously opened files are open in tabs.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10 Enterprise
