Summary: Using Alt+Tab on wayland only switches once and then
doesn't switch any further. However, I can switch more
using keyboard arrows.

SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch any two or more applications on Plasma Wayland
2. Press Alt + Tab to switch applications.
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Only one application is switched and then no further switching happens. So
basically Alt+Tab switcher gets stuck. This happens irrespective of task
switching style like breeze, text only, thumbnails etc. However, I can use
keyboard arrow keys to cycle applications.
EXPECTED RESULT
Alt+Tab should be switching through all the open applications.
